Why We Built This Site
Arkansas makes many court and law-enforcement records public, yet the office that holds a given record depends on where the matter began. The Circuit Court (Nineteenth West Judicial Circuit) handles felony proceedings, and the Benton County Circuit Clerk keeps that court's files. District and city clerks maintain their own traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, and failure-to-appear records. The Sheriff's Record Division receives and distributes warrant paperwork, validates active records, and processes recall, quash, or vacated orders. Its public Zuercher portal is a useful first check, but it is not a complete statewide index. We bring those official routes together so a reader can identify the issuing court and confirm the current status with the right custodian.

- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Benton County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Arkansas court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that each phone number, procedure, or public listing remains current
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. Their data is never an official Benton County warrant confirmation, and we do not control the provider's matches or charges.
